Apply to become a driver with our towing and roadside assistance team. Answer ten questions and attach your résumé, completed Intact Driver Profile Survey, driver’s abstract and driver’s licence photo. Certified applicants must also attach their tow driver certificate.

We welcome expressions of interest. Submitting an application does not guarantee an opening, interview or employment.

2. Open it in Word or a compatible app. Complete all applicable driver sections, review the authorization and sign where indicated. Leave insured/company signatures for Hooked416.

Need a separate licence history for insurance?

A driver’s licence history is different from a 3-year driver record: it does not include convictions or demerit points. Only order this additional document if Hooked416 or the insurer requests it; it does not replace the required driver’s abstract.

Driver’s licence photo

Upload one clear colour photo of the front of your current driver’s licence. Place it flat, avoid glare and include all four corners so the details are readable. Use this dedicated field; do not put licence details in the questionnaire.
